Delete in the app
- Open Dramuni and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, select Privacy & account, then choose Delete account.
- Read the effects, confirm deletion, and wait until the app signs you out.
If you cannot open the app
Send a request to the support email from the address associated with your account. Use “Delete my Dramuni account” as the subject. We may request limited verification to protect the account; we will never request your password, OTP, or card details.
What happens after deletion
- Sessions and sign-in identity are revoked; profile, consents, push tokens, and viewing progress are deleted.
- The wallet and episode unlocks can no longer be used after the account is deleted.
- Transaction records that must be retained for security, audit, or legal obligations are anonymized from the account identity.
- This action cannot be undone. A new account will not restore the deleted account’s progress, wallet, or unlocks.
Cancel a subscription separately
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future billing.
